Depending upon if you own a multi-unit property or a single-unit property the method of setting up these agreements can be slightly different.

Multiple Unit Property
If you have created multiple units within a property, you can choose to manage your terms on a per-unit basis or on a per-property basis. Where unit terms have not been added, your default payment terms will be used.
